Establece Grupo Azucarero México alianza con especialista en stevia
El Grupo Azucarero México (GAM), estableció una alianza estratégica con SWT, -especialista en mezclas de stevia-, lo que fortalecerá su presencia en el país, además de impulsar la inversión lo que acelerará la expansión de sus operaciones con la apertura de un segundo centro de producción en México.
Ello por igual, ofrecerá soluciones de endulzantes naturales y saludables. Dicha alianza se da previo al anuncio que en los próximos días dará a conocer el presidente de la República, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, de apoyo a los productores cañeros de todo el país.
El acuerdo del GAM, como parte de su plan estratégico de crecimiento, el corporativo Blendhub acelera la expansión de sus operaciones en México y Norteamérica en colaboración con SWT, especialista en mezclas de stevia, lo que permitirá proporcionar a la red de producción el acceso a soluciones endulzantes naturales y saludables que benefician varios tipos de alimentos y bebidas, y con ello, contribuir a combatir la obesidad.
La creación de soluciones alimenticias y recetas más sanas con ingredientes de alta calidad, naturales, bajos en calorías y nutritivos, al tiempo que se localiza la producción de alimentos más cerca de las fuentes de los ingredientes y/o del consumidor final, son factores clave para hacer que estas alianzas sean más competitivas y más accesibles para más consumidores en todo el mundo.
Con el objetivo de liderar un cambio en la industria agroalimentaria mundial, Blendhub decidió acelerar el despliegue del nuevo hub de producción junto a las instalaciones de SWT en Guadalajara, México, a finales de este año.
Aunque parte de la capacidad de producción se dedicará a las mezclas de SWT, los servicios de Blendhub dentro del hub complementarán las acciones que se llevan a cabo desde el centro de producción de Lerma.
«Como parte de nuestros ambiciosos planes de expansión para los próximos años, formar parte de la red global de hubs de producción de Blendhub, proporciona a SWT la posibilidad única de lanzar nuevos productos y soluciones para clientes existentes y nuevos, mucho más rápido que antes”.
Además, de formar parte de una red global “nos permite ofrecer nuestras novedosas soluciones edulcorantes a clientes en áreas del mundo en las que nunca antes habíamos estado», señaló Juan Cortina Gallardo, CEO de GAM.
Por su parte, el fundador y CEO de Blendhub, Henrik Stamm Kristensen, afirmó que la producción de alimentos y la nutrición es la única manera de crear una cadena de valor agroalimentaria verdaderamente sostenible y de garantizar que el valor creado se distribuya correctamente entre los actores de este sector.
“Estamos muy contentos de que los productores de alimentos e ingredientes como SWT ven esto como una oportunidad estratégica para la expansión, y por lo tanto, para acelerar el impacto necesario para mejorar la nutrición, que sigue siendo uno de los mayores desafíos del mundo”, destacó.
Todos los hubs de producción de Blendhub siguen su modelo de replicación global y comparten los mismos estándares de alta calidad de la industria.
Están totalmente conectados al hardware y software del corporativo, lo que permite un control perfecto de los procesos en cualquier hub. Además, la tecnología «fingerprint», basada en la nube, autentifica y rastrea cada ingrediente entrante, desde su llegada a los hubs hasta la entrega de la receta final al cliente, garantizando en cada lote los parámetros de calidad y seguridad acordados.
